Stuck?! Sketch Reveal

It's time for another sketch to be revealed at Stuck?! Sketches and this was a fun one. I adapted the sketch ever so slightly by adding a patterned paper strip on the top and using larger photos.

Recently I was in a wedding, and the bride arranged for the entire bridal party to have their hair and makeup done that day. I have not had my hair styled other than getting it cut since my wedding, and it was a treat. I felt amazing and I decided to take photos of my hair and document it. These photos were taken after the wedding and reception at midnight in my bathroom. It just goes to show that you don't necessarily have to have natural light, or a great background to get photos of something that you want to document.

I primarily used the Kate kit from Felicity Jane, however the cursive alphas are Heidi Swapp, the small tile alphas are Recollections, the twine is from Target, the vellum is from Studio Calico, and the star sequins are from an older FJ kit.

This layout just would not be complete without a doily. To change things up a bit, I placed the title on the doily and stitched down the side in gold thread. This cluster was my favorite part of the layout, and it was exactly what I had envisioned for this page.
