Here's my layout that I created using a Felicity Jane kit.

I decided to use two photos of my sweet baby girl instead of one. They are sized at 3x4. The photo quality is not the best, however, I would rather make a layout and work with the photos that I have and document the memory.

Everything used with the exception of the trim (Crate paper), doily, sequins (Spiegelmom Scraps) and word stickers are from a Felicity Jane kit.

This may seem like a weird photo, but this is a close up shot of my layout after I used a craft knife to scrape Versafine ink off the layout. The ink was on the inside of my finger and I did not see it until after it was on the page. Hopefully you won't make this mistake, but if you do at least you know a method of fixing it!

I have a process video if you'd like to take a closer peek at how I created this layout. Thanks so much and I hope that you have a great day!

September 1st Stuck?! Sketch Reveal

Today I have a fun layout and sketch to share with you that Laura from Stuck?! Sketches designed. This sketch is perfect to use up your scraps, branding strips, or washi and I ended up using all three on this layout.

All of the supplies that I used for this layout are from Felicity Jane with the exception of the chipboard camera which is from Crate's Oasis collection, the photo corners (Chatterbox), tag, ribbon, and the silver apple paper clip (unknown).

There really isn't a need for much journaling on this layout. I have adhered a glassine envelope to the back of the photo mat so that I can easily slip the tag in and out if I decide to journal.

This sketch is also a great way to use your border punches. I used two on this page, but could have easily incorporated more styles.

Sewing the strips of patterned papers adds a bit of whimsy to this page. I love stitching and the texture that it brings to a layout.

We'd love for you to join us this month and create a project based off this sketch. Be sure and link it up to Stuck?! Sketches for a chance to win a prize from one of our sponsors.

I do have a process video for this layout if you'd like to take a closer peek at my process. Thanks so much and I hope that you have a great day!
